Dorothy Adu-Mfum is a Lawyer at a Magic Circle firm and the founder of Law City, a platform created to connect aspiring lawyers from low socio-economic backgrounds to the legal sector in London. She has a first-class degree in Law and is an alumnus of the University of Law, where she graduated with a distinction in her master's in Law and Business Management.

Law City has a network of over 3000 aspiring lawyers and legal professionals, with over 80% of its network from low socio-economic backgrounds. Since its first event in 2020, Law City has held over 20 impactful events with leading firms. Furthermore, it has partnered with firms and Chambers such as Bates Wells and Matrix Chambers to level the playing field and provide work experience and insight into the legal industry for aspiring lawyers from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Through its student ambassador programme, Law City provides career advice, mentorship and skills training and has helped a number of its student ambassadors secure training contracts at leading firms.
